Important Delivery Information

Currently, the minimum order is $75. A standard $10 Delivery Fee applies for orders between $75 - $99. There is no fee for delivery orders that are $100 or more! Your delivery order total is the amount of products after all discounts and loyalty points have been applied. The addition of sales tax is not applicable when calculating delivery thresholds.

Per state regulations, your ID MUST match the name on the order and be presented at the time of delivery.

For Medical Patients:

• Please present your MEDICAL card AND your valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
• Eligible delivery locations: Bridgeport, Fairfield, Westport, Stratford, Milford, Weston, Easton, Trumbull, Shelton, Monroe, Newtown, Oxford, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck

For Recreational Customers:

• Please present your valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
• Eligible delivery locations: Bridgeport, Fairfield, Westport, Stratford, Milford, Weston, Easton, Trumbull, Shelton, Monroe, Newtown, Oxford, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck

Payment

Payment will be accepted in the form of cash or debit via a wireless cashless ATM.

Delivery Windows

There will be three delivery windows: 10:30AM - 1:30PM, 2PM - 5PM, and 5:30PM - 7:30PM

• Order the day before or until 9:30AM the day of, for a delivery window of 10:30AM - 1:30PM
• Order the day before or until 1:00PM the day of, for a delivery window of 2PM - 5PM
• Order the day before or until 4:30PM the day of, for a delivery window of 5:30PM - 7:30PM

Ordering Process:

1. Go to our website to place your order.
2. Add items to your bag.
3. Select delivery.
4. Enter your residential/business address.
5. Select your delivery window.
6. Add any delivery instructions (i.e., side door).
7. IF YOU WANT TO USE LOYALTY POINTS YOU MUST ADD IN THE NOTES WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. Add the exact number of points you want to use.
8. IF YOUR REDEMPTION BRINGS YOUR TOTAL BELOW $75 ITS NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR DELIVERY. IF YOUR LOYALTY POINTS REDEMPTION BRINGS YOUR TOTAL BELOW THE FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD YOU WILL BE CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE.
9. If you live in an apartment or condo complex or getting delivery at work, please leave SPECIFIC instructions in the Message Box when ordering to help us walk your order to your door. Our driver will be calling you upon arrival please answer the call.
10. Log in or enter your information.
11. Select your form of payment.
12. Review your order.
13. Confirm delivery.

Again, per state regulations, your ID MUST match the name on the order and be presented at the time of delivery along with your valid government-issued ID to present at the time of delivery.
