The use of the Affinity Dispensary website (“Website”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Website, you are accepting and agreeing to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, kindly refrain from using the Website.
1. Age Restrictions
Our website is designed for individuals who are either at least 21 years old or possess a valid medical marijuana card in CT, as permitted by state law. By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and/or abide by all relevant laws and regulations concerning the use and purchase of cannabis products.
2. Use of the Website
a. Online Ordering: The Website offers an online ordering service for cannabis products. It’s important to note that all orders made through the Website must be collected at the designated Affinity Dispensary location. When placing an order, you acknowledge and consent to adhere to any supplementary terms and conditions associated with the online ordering procedure.
b. Adherence to Laws: By using the Website, you pledge to abide by all relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, particularly those pertinent to the cannabis industry in CT. Affinity Dispensary retains the right to deny service or access to the Website to any individual found in violation of these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Website’s content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are either owned or licensed by Affinity Dispensary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Website strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes. Modifying, distributing, reproducing, or creating derivative works based on the Website’s content is prohibited without obtaining prior written consent from Affinity Dispensary.

Affinity Dispensary holds no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content provided on the Website. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The governing and interpretation of these Terms shall be in accordance with the laws of the state where the relevant Affinity Dispensary is situated, without considering its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Website shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.
Operation of Hybrid Retailers and Retailers: Hybrid retailers and retailers are required to furnish information to qualifying patients, caregivers, and consumers concerning the possession and use of cannabis. This information should be prominently displayed within the establishment and on any Internet website affiliated with the establishment. Prior to dissemination to qualifying patients, caregivers, and consumers, each hybrid retailer and retailer must submit all informational material to the commissioner for approval. The informational material should encompass details related to:
- Limitations on the right to possess and use cannabis pursuant to the act, chapter 420f of the Connecticut General Statutes, and sections 21a-408-1 to 21a-408-72, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and sections 21a-421j-1 to 21a421j-40.
- Safe techniques for proper use of cannabis and paraphernalia;
- Forms of consumption or inhalation by which one can use cannabis;
- Signs and symptoms of substance abuse;
- Opportunities to participate in substance abuse programs; and
- Other consumer health materials deemed necessary by the commissioner to protect public health and safety.
